Help Us Help You
At WorldMate we are constantly working to improve our itinerary creation service that converts travel confirmation emails from hundreds of airlines, hotels, car rental s and public transport into useful itineraries, we are continually striving to advance this service as part of our commitment to ensuring the smoothest possible user experience for WorldMate users. You can see the full list of WorldMate’s supported providers here.
We are now looking to expand our supported providers base and make the WorldMate application even more useful, if you have confirmation emails from travel providers that are unsupported by WorldMate and you have not been able to import them into your itinerary please forward these emails to WMLive_Travel_eMails@worldmate.com and help us keep expanding our catalog of supported providers.
Please forward these emails just like you do normally to WorldMate, it is not necessary to modify them in any way.

How about before you take time to increase the number of supported providers, you fix the WM6 app so it actually runs properly instead of locking up phone after phone? The weather reminder (and the inability to disable it) is a joke.

Yes, the stupid weather reminder. I swear I've tried everything to disable it, and I get this chick every day popping up.

I love this service. It is fantastic and I know of numerous other travelers who can benefit. But . . . I used it last night for the first time to make a hotel reservation and have not been able to get a receipt for the charge to my credit card. The hotel does not have one (they show $0 due, so it must be a central billing to hotels.com) and hotels.com has not sent me a receipt even though they are charging my credit card for the room night. I must get a receipt to be reimbursed by my company. Cannot continue to use it without receipts.

How or when will I be able to view information on maritime cruises?
