WorldMate Maintenance
Over the last few days, we've been experiencing significant server issues. We've not foreseen the dramatic increase in activity that the iPhone app brought upon us, and now we're quickly trying to beef up the system.
Over the coming weekend we will be upgrading key elements of our servers. Therefore we expect some or all of the system functionality to not be available from time to time. We apologize in advance for every inconvenience - we're doing this to provide our users with more capacity and capabilities!


It seems impossible to navigate Worldmate via my Safari browser on the iPhone. The popup windows for Flight details are off the to the side of my screen and I can't move them.
Will this be corrected?

Why don't you use our iPhone App? We built this to give you the perfect travel experience on the iPhone.

You should be able to, the system is down for 15-minute periods at intervals. If you're experiencing something else - please let us know!

Having just transferred from a Blackberry to Iphone, I am disappointed in the reduced functionality.

I can't login from my Blackberry Tour, I get an exclamation mark with an OK button. No messages. I have enabled all app settings to allow.
Login through the website works.

Please try changing your password. Some password records may have been deleted in the process. As we do NOT keep our user's passwords, we are unable to recover them - so you need to change yours.

Jay, looks like your password includes special characters (ampersand,semicolon,pound, etc.)
Try changing your account password via the web site to one that has no such characters. If it doesn't work let us know.

I cannot login to the web site for quite a while now. When I managed to log in once this morning, I could not navigate and it would not add something to an itinerary. This has become extremely unstable for me.

Are there any plans for a new update for the iPhone. Having just switched from a bberry the functionality is much reduced.
