When I create itineraries I get weird results like having the meeting "occur" on another continent!

I live in Quebec Canada and I have had meetings scheduled within OUTLOOK that once synced with Worldmate Live end up being in Austria or India - which then messes up the origninal meeting in Outlook. What's worse is when I have people invited to these meetings, the time gets shifted 6-12 hours from the real time.

Please fix this it is very FRUSTRATING!
